Develop Supply Chain strategies to best support the HTKW business growth needs. Build up efficient operation model to support different business models
Manage the supply chain financial investment in HKTW to deliver service and efficiencies. Deliver the Financial and Operational KPI targets of DSI, E&O, Scrap, Cost-To-Serve, LIFR, BO, Forecast Accuracy, etc.
Optimize operation process - Technology, Assets performance & efficiencies, operating cost, productivity enhancement
